Training
For a while I have been considering my further education options. I have chosen not to take my place at Falmouth in September, and will look elsewhere for training and education. Whether this be part time or full time, and doing what, I still don't know, but workshops like this one with Noa from Feather Love Photography really really tempt me...

Jasmine Star and Me.... Plus 19 others; A sneak Peek!
Last night I arrived home from a wonderful 3 day trip in London for THE Jasmine Star Workshop!
The full post of all info, images and credits will be up on Monday, but because I want to make sure I keep up with everyone else, and because I know I won't have time to do it otherwise- here is a sneaky look at a few images from the day!

Jasmine and her out there wonderfully loud-ness; full of animation and great explanations that require silly faces from her whole body. Culling out images of some of her mid explanation faces was quite gutting really. They're classic. And fantastic!
See what our lovely couple; Rachel and Dan had to face! And I thought I was nervous!
The STUNNING cake! I love me some florals :)
Oh and a totally crappy picture to show just how fun and crazy in love Jasmine and her husband JD are!

Jasmine Star
Do you remember the countless number of times I've mentioned Jasmine Star, and the workshop I'm attending with her? Well it's this week!! That's right- tomorrow I am enjoying the first of 3 days off for the wonderful lady. I will be travelling up to London by train and having drinks with everyone on the workshop in the evening and then returning on Wednesday with lots to tell and lots of images to share!
I am so so excited, but it hasn't really hit me yet. Especially the fact that the workshop is my 21st birthday present from my mum and the mr! So strange and surreal and yet so exciting. Plus without it I wouldn't have found the wonderful group that is ShutterRock UK and been featured on Photo Night Live twice! So it's already brought me so much!
Anyway, I will have so much more to tell when I get back, and in the meantime there will be the normal inspirational posts and maybe a few extras with some iPhone photos!

A workshop with Jasmine Star
Last week it was announced, much to many UK photographers delight, that Jasmine Star (and her handsome husband) would be coming to London to host a workshop! It is in collaboration with Rock and Roll Bride, and will also include a styled shoot with Wedding Magazine. In all, it is an amazing opportunity. Not only do you get to meet Jasmine Star, but you get to meet 19 other fabulous photographers, plus Kat from Rock and Roll Bride, be featured on the blogs of all the photographers, the venue and the wedding magazine. Plus of course we are forgetting the fact that you get to learn everything that Jasmine has come all this way to teach!
Well, you might have guessed by now, but lucky 'ole me managed to score a place on said workshop! It's not until July, but boy am I excited!! I la la love this woman- as you might have already noticed....
Plus, I want you to check out all the other photographers I get to meet and work with :). Hopefully I will get to meet some of these lovely people before hand, but until then I get to peruse their images with jealousy! More info will be coming, plus there will obviously be a couple of posts on the workshop itself on the way!
So until then- head on over and have a look at the talent I'm gonna be working alongside;
