Hair and styling

I've been wanting to die my hair red for about a year now, and tried it once myself when I was at UBC. Sadly though my hair is so dark that it sucks up and the colour but refuses to lighten at all so leaves me looking quite gothic... Plus lately lots of people I know seem to be dying their hair red, and I don't really want to look like I'm following the pack now. However I recently found this fantastic beauty blog which has some really really great tutorials, including this one for rainbow tips;

If I had longer hair I would totally be doing this to mine! I'm so glad I found you beauty department :)
