This week I have been trying to focus on the beginning of what will hopefully lead to some much needed weight loss for me. So that has meant exercise and healthy eating! (Not always easy to do when your friends have birthdays and want to go out drinking!!) There are quite a few nice mossy trails by mum's house which are nice to walk on, but quite hard to run on! Plus yesterday morning I went to boot-camp with mum and did some crazy cardio!
